New Charity Track day at Castle Combe Circuit - 13 April

A new Charities Track Day is being held at Castle Combe Circuit on April 13 by Chippenham Rotary Club who hope to raise £3,000 for local good causes and the Ex-Services Mental Welfare Association.

Motoring enthusiasts will be able to take their cars onto the famous circuit at a discounted fee of £100 for a busy half day, or £20 for three laps.

Track days are a great tradition at the popular Wiltshire motorsport venue and enable drivers to polish their skills and enjoy the power and performance of their cars under safe controlled conditions.

Organisers say that numbers are limited to ensure plenty of time on track - and a few places are still available. A safety briefing and tuition will be provided for those who need it, and helmets are available for hire.

Owners of Classic cars will be particularly welcome and cars already on the list range from BMW saloons to AC Cobra, Jaguar E type, Austin Healey, MG and two modified Morris Minors.

Admission for spectators is free, and Gift Aid will be utilised to maximise the proceeds.
