Tuesday Evening Training Sessions 2011

CYCLING AT CASTLE COMBE CIRCUIT
TUESDAY EVENING TRAINING SESSIONS
2011
Dear Cyclists
We hope you’ve managed to get out on your bikes through the winter and are now looking forward to a few more miles in the sunshine.
Once again, the Castle Combe Circuit management team have agreed to allow cyclists to use the circuit for training sessions on Tuesday evenings. We’re sure you’ll all agree this is a great facility.
Sessions will commence on Tuesday 5th April, and then run weekly until the 27th September. Start time: 5.30pm
Due to the growing popularity of the training sessions, a number of changes have been made in order to ensure the safety and well-being of all riders, there will now be access to toilet facilities and a covered signing on area.
The evenings will now be organised under the banner of Castle Combe Cycling Organisation (CCCO), established by the Circuit management and administered by Andy Cook Cycling Ltd.
The main changes are:
- Access to the circuit will now be via the ‘Competitors Entrance’ on the B4039. There is a large car-park here.
- The charge to ride on the circuit is £3 per adult (£1 for under-16s). This is to cover administration and insurance costs.
- Riders under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
- Riders will need to register (free of charge), and provide emergency contact details on the first visit to these sessions. From then on riders will need to sign on and pay each evening at the gate.
Thank you for your cooperation and continued support.
