Castle Combe Championships Filling Up
Registrations for the Castle Combe Circuit’s home championships are filling up rapidly, with over 35 competitors currently signed up for each of the three championships catering for saloons, single seaters and sports cars.
Despite the ‘doom and gloom’ surrounding some aspects of the economy, the circuit’s savesometax.co.uk Special GT Championship, Melton Concrete Products Formula Ford 1600 Championship and National Mobile Windscreens Saloon Car Championship all look as though they will have full grids in 2008, in excess of 100 competitors appreciating the value for money, close racing and great atmosphere provided by the Wiltshire circuit.
The first meeting is on Easter Monday 24th March, with entries for the three championships already almost to capacity. Therefore, competitors wishing to race at the opening meeting are being urged to contact the circuit as soon as possible to secure their place on the grid.
