Conceived in the UK in 1966, Formula Ford 1600 is the world's most successful motorsport formula.
Over the last few decades virtually all Formula One drivers graduated from Formula Ford.
Scheckter, Mansell, Senna, Hill, Herbert, Irvine and Coulthard all raced Formula Ford at Castle Combe.
